Closed for the holidays

The Friendship House will be closed until Monday, January 12, 2015. We hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!  We hope to see you in the new year.

We will be closed Monday, September 8 thru Thursday, September 11, to collect for Garage-Give-Away. The annual Garage-Give-Away will  be Friday, September 12, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm for new international students ONLY. Saturday, September 13, 9:00 am-10:30 am for all international students.

Last Day of class for Spring is Thursday, May 1

The last day of the Spring Semester will be Thursday, May 1, 2014
We will have Summer ESL classes in select days in June & July. Tracey will be the only teacher.
So we will be in one large group. Child care is not provided. There will not be a babysitter during the summer.
Here is the schedule classes will only be on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday, 9:00-11:00.

Friendship House will be closed for Spirng Break

No ESL classes March 10 - 14, 2014, because we are closed for Spring Break. Have a good and safe break. See you on March 17, for classes at 9 a.m.

Regular conversation classes on Thursday

We will have regular conversation classes on Thursday, February 13, 2014. We hope to see you there.

No class on Wednesday, February 12

Unfortunately, the Friendship House will be closed on Wednesday, February 12, 2014. No classes on Wednesday. However, do not forget the potluck party on Friday, February 14, on Valentine's Day.

Happy New Year!

Hello, all!  I hope you are doing well and that 2014 has started as a great year for you and your family. We have began our free English as a Second Language Classes already, but it is not too late, you can still join us!   We are no longer providing transportation to and from the Friendship House due to the new S.M.A.R.T. buses in Starkville.  If you are unable to ride, you will need to find your own transportation.  In addition, free Bible Study will begin Monday, January 27.  Bible Study will be from 11:00-12:00 on Mondays.  It is optional.  However, everyone is welcome to join.  We hope to see you Monday, at 9 for ESL classes, if you are still in Starkville!
